In 2001, our family purchased a declining apple orchard near Twisp, Washington on the Methow River. That fall we had our first cider pressing. For the first time since leaving the Midwest in the 1970’s, we tasted unprocessed, orchard fresh cider. There was a moment of appreciative silence. That was the beginning of Mazama Juice.

Our goal is to produce the best sweet apple cider, or apple juice, in the Northwest. Our juice is made from 100% organic apples grown on our farm or sourced locally in Eastern Washington. No preservatives, no pectinase, no added sugar.
